I've been reading the manual back and forth but I haven't found out in
what situations (except for maintenance mode) HAproxy stops L4
health-checking a backend.
I'm using option persist for a particular backend and I'm not using
option redispatch. Once the backend server goes down long enough,
HAproxy stops L4 health-checking it and won't see when it's back online
unless I restart HAproxy. I assumed once a health-checked backend goes
DOWN HAproxy will still check it using the inter or downinter (if
specified) interval, forever?
