strange error message "unknown keyword 'tcp-request' in 'backend' section"

hi,

 i am trying a very basic haproxy setting on 1.4 and i use a copy paste 
from the doc on the tcp-request part:

        log 127.0.0.1   local1 notice

frontend anciennonhttp
        mode                    tcp
        tcp-request inspect-delay 30s
        acl content_present req_len gt 0

        mode                    tcp

 the result is :

'frontend' section

line 11:

tcp-request inspect-delay <timeout>
  Set the maximum allowed time to wait for data during content inspection
  May be used in sections :   defaults | frontend | listen | backend
                                 no    |    yes   |   yes  |   no



  but this keyword is in the docs since 1.3 so i do not see the issue 
there ?
