SigIgn is correct (SIGPIPE) is ignored. However, SigBlk seems
incorrect. HAProxy only blocks signals when dequeuing them. However, no
signal is pending either, so they should be delivered? Maybe it was bad
luck? If you try again, does SigBlk become 0?
