[SPAM] Visibility on tune.ssl.cachesize

Hello all,

I see parameter tune.ssl.cachesize with default value of 20000

But today, I have no idea how much of this cache I'm actually using, and I
fail to find any information about it. Is there a way to know how much of
it I'm using ?
