1.5.15 contains a crashfix (BUG/MAJOR: http: don't call
http_send_name_header() after an error), not sure if thats
whats happening here, but I would certainly try upgrading.

Are you using the http-send-name-header directive?

If thats not helping, you will have to produce a core and
a unstripped binary, so that we can check the backtrace.
