Thank you to all of you for your quick response and the information provided. I 
have provide them to the application team and I have seen some very promising 
emails about it. It will probably take months if they move forward with testing 
HA Proxy and see if it meets their needs. 

If the app team have any questions, I will send them to you. I understand you 
are all busy and don't expect a quick response.  

I do appreciate your time and effort in answering my questions and providing 
very useful information. Thank you so much.
