Not every one has controll over the spam filter for his/her mail account. Furthor more when every spam filter is as good as you say, nobody would send any more spam-mails. And I don't wan't to mention false positives. So in my case I have at least to skim headlines and it's a pain. But at the end it's the decission of the owner oft this list. He made clear, he dont want to change a thing. We as users have the opportunity choose to leave this list. It's not an ideal solution but there isn't at the moment a good alternative to haproxy.
