[PATCH] epoll: the listener socket use EPOLLEXCLUSIVE flag

Hi, all,
     haproxy still have the thundering herd problem in the multi-process
mode, the EPOLLEXCLUSIVE flag has been added since linux 4.5, which can
solve this problem
