active-active haproxy behind Azure Load Balancer

Hey Folks, is it possible to setup  Haproxy 2 node active-active cluster
behind Azure Load Balancer   i.e. (Azure LoadBalancer -> 2
Haproxy(ACTIVE-ACTIVE) -> WEBSERVERS). any suggestions?
