I run fedora 30, it includes clang-8, I built haproxy using
make CC=clang V=1 TARGET=$TARGET $FLAGS DEBUG_CFLAGS="-fsanitize=address
-ggdb" LDFLAGS="-fsanitize=address"
when running reg-tests, the following is caught
