should we keep both OpenSSL-3.0.0 and QuicTLS builds in CI ?

Hello, Team!

QuicTLS is built on top of OpenSSL-3.0.0 and may be considered as "kind of
OpenSSL ... with QUIC enabled".

should we keep both of just second ?
(I'm fine with either of two)
