Rpm version 2.4.14

Hii guys,
I am looking for rpm to version 2.4.14 and didn’t found that ..

Why on image base centos/rhel did you stop in 1.8 ? I saw that I can
install with a makefile but it old way .. :( .

I would to sound if you have any solutions
