One topic I am still trying to wrap my head around in the CFG is that we are 
not binding CPU's and we aren't using nbproc configs. I believe this means we 
are only using a single processor, and that process is using one additional 
thread as a default. If we feel the need, could that processor be run on three 
threads if we use the nbthread config?
