Responsibilities:
The  incumbent  will  be  involved  in  policies,  procedures  and  
process
improvements  in the Finance Department, facilitating exchange of ideas 
and
application   of   best  practices  in  order  to  improve  efficiency  
and
effectiveness  of processes, regularly maintaining and updating 
Operational
Manual,  assist  in  preparing  yearly business plan, budget and annual 
tax
computation as well as tax planning.

Requirements:
·     Candidate must possess ACCA/CIMA/MACPA/Degree in Finance, 
Accountancy
or other related field
·     At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
·     Ability to work under pressure
·     Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
·     A self starter with qualities of a team player yet is able to 
work
independently
·     Audit experience would be an advantage
·     Computer literate

Responsibilities:
The  incumbent  will  be  assisting  in the credit control division and 
the
responsibilities  would include ensuring compliance of group credit 
control
policy,  preparing  status reports, follow up on outstanding debts, 
sending
monthly  statements  to students, ensuring the accuracy of outstanding 
fees
positions,  performing  cashier  duties  during enrolment period as 
well as
maintenance and filing of documents.

Requirements:
•  LCCI/Basic accounting qualification
•  At least 1 year of related working experience, preferably in 
credit
control work
•  Familiar with computerized accounting system and software
•  Willing to work under pressure and long hours
•  Computer literate

| HOSTEL WARDEN     |

Responsibilities:
To  oversee  the  smooth  running  of the hostel with the highest 
degree of
efficiency  in  order to serve the residents and to continually improve 
the
management  of  the  hostel  building  and  facilities to maintain a 
clean,
healthy and safe environment in an atmosphere of a “home away from 
home”.

Requirements:
·     Diploma/Certificate in any discipline
·     At least 5 years hands-on experience in managing a property,
preferably a student hostel apartment
·     Must have experience in customer service with good interpersonal
skills and a passion to work with people
·     Must be able to communicate proficiently in English and Bahasa
Malaysia; proficiency in other foreign language(s) would be an 
advantage
·     Must be innovative and be able to work independently with 
minimum
supervision, high degree of integrity, sincerity, competency, 
initiative
and
                commitment.
·     Must be able to grasp, assimilate information/instructions 
quickly
and computer literate
·     Must be able to work as a team, lead and motivate others towards
common goals/objectives.  Able to work after office hours
·     Preferably Male

Responsibilities:
The  incumbent  will be responsible for answering incoming calls, 
attending
to  students  and  external  customers’  requests and enquiries, as 
well as
handling outgoing faxes.

Requirements:
·     Minimum SPM
·     Cheerful and friendly disposition, with good communication and
interpersonal skills
·     Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
·     Good telephone etiquette, well groomed and a pleasant voice
·     Professional, committed and able to work independently
·     Experience in a front office/receptionist capacity would be an
advantage
