Hi Antonio, Thanks a lot for your reply.
My Spanish is a bit rusty, it seems you re talking about removing the X button. Actually, I do not mind allowing the user to close the window (I think it is actually good if it is possible), but I would like to be able in my DOS program the actual close the application before Vista does. Is there a way for me to receive something from Vista telling that my program needed to be closed ? (like in XP : key 256 is received in the INKEY () function) Thanks for your reply, Frans -----Message d'origine----- De : [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] De la part de Antonio Martinez Envoyé : lundi 18 janvier 2010 18:45 À : [email protected] Objet : [Harbour-users] Re: How to handle DOS BOX close Lo mejor es desactivar el boton de salida.... en el grupo de usuarios de xharbour en portuguese creo que reynaldo puso como desactivar el boton X de la application box frans Klein escribió en mensaje <[email protected]>... >Hi to all, > > > >USING WINDOWS XP, I have noticed that the INKEY () function will return a >256 value when a dos box running a harbour dos application is closed by a >click on the CLOSE button (upper right of the window). > >This is very easy.
