Trying to move my build system to hb* scripts I've done some changes but I'm not sure they are needed or correct:
- added -gd and -pgsql support to hbmk they add the contrib lib and the system libs required It is easy to use ar r <lib> <objlist> to create static libs but I think it's better to have a wrapper to support various envs sth like hb-mkslib.
