Well, no, not for the contribs anyway, I just went
there for other reasons, noticed this and moved it
to the top, since all the rest of contribs have
it at the top, and this particular contrib is not
actively updated anymore by the author, that's all.

If you have your "own" contrib in Harbour, you
can have it as you like.

By definition contribs are private areas,
there are just some (unwritten) "best practices" to
use there, like the placement of /tests, some general
layout of the tree, make files, lib naming, namepace
issues, etc. If these are followed, the better (since
it's easier to get along for a user knowing some
other contribs already, plus some things may be
expected automatically), but again _nothing is obligatory_.
