Hi Mike,
I've applied Harbour this year on the 10th of January
(right after I read about them on the news sites) and
I got no response at all after giving out my contact
details, including phone number. I felt the fuss around
them was only to give some boost to their paid services
and they didn't care about adding new projects anymore
(or only such ones which further boost their publicity).
At least that was my impression.
Maybe it's worth to try again anyway.
