The turn off vs on would make sense, but I think it's
enough to emphasis that in the description.
Curently only a set of features can be enabled/disabled (Clipper
compatibility/harbour extensions/xbase extensions). My first idea was
disabling/enabling any single feature thus case sensitivity was used
to increase the number of available switches. Since the idea of such
detailed switches was not accepted here thenwe can remove case
sensitivity.
