As today ( I mean with a RC1 + local modifications ) the situation is
quite good for me.
I build the same SVN tree under Linux, Win ( msys/mingw ), Mac OS X
Leopard setting few envvars and a make_gnu.sh -s install.
Then I can develop my apps using one of the three env using hg
mercurial as VCS, gnu tools and EclipseCDT or vim.

I don't follow the development of the "Win only" features ( like ole,
wvt, wvg ) since I implement only what's available on all the
platforms and all the GTs, so probably I've missed sth and I'm not
answering to your question but as I already said for me the
web/browser UI + SQL is the present and the ONLY future.
However since I think that many here like me have a lot of
test/dbf/custom code to convert we should see if we can agree on some
directions for Harbour 1.0+ to avoid such a "drastic" rewrite of the
apps.
