Thanks. The GUI lib is Xailer (http://www.xailer.com)

Right now, Xailer only works with xHarbour, but we hope to have it working with 
Harbour before the end of year. 

Xailer has its own debugger, an important OOP extension and some other 
important issues that make the jump to Harbour  a little bit tedious.
