I'm not a debian maintainer but i think that harbour package
need to go in the debian unstable branch (sid) even if
harbour is stable itself. Because debian support 10 architectures
(alpha,amd64,arm,hppa,i386,ia64,mips,mipsel,powerpc,sparc)
If thereis no compilation errors and no (critical, grave or seriuos)
bugs the package went in testing (lenny).
And stable after the freezing of testing (dec 2008 ?)
Now we need a debian maintainer ...
