I've just updated my local copy at the actual svn and the main
difference I see is still tget.prg.
I use the revision 8390.
The main problem is that fields with a picture like "99.99" can return
values like 1234 if the user doesn't type the dot ( or comma ) and
thus generate RT errors of field size.
I did a quick test in rto_get.prg with picture "99.99" and
typing "1234", but Harbour returned 12.34, exactly the same
as Clipper, so so far I couldn't replicate this effect.
