! Fixed to pass down Harbour DLL creation flag to
integrated 3rd party sources.
After this, pcre and zlib public symbols should be
properly exported on Windows platform.
; NOTE: Harbour uses __EXPORT__ to signal DLL creation,
which is not very ideal, so I'd suggest to
switch to HB_DLL in future versions.
