! Fixed include dir detection to honor file casing, to
make it compatible with MinGW + bash.
Could someone with Apollo for Linux check whether it uses
'Sde61.h' or 'sde61.h' as the header name?
! Fixed to #include "Sde61.h" instead of "sde61.h"
