I've tried this situation: - svn co harbour-project svn - make_rpm.sh following the standard method: "when everything fails, read the instructions" :)
I removed ncurses reqs from make_rpm.sh and harbour.spec ( see prev msg ) but after a while it stops asking for slang. I think make_gnu.sh and make_rpm.sh should have the minimal requirements and the safest defaults even for the ones that don't read the doc before and run them without parameters and without setting envvars. I would replace "--without x11", "--without gpllib", "--without nf" "--without gpm" and "--without gtsln" with "--with xyz" ( and the respective envvars ).
