Are you sure the passed name is not accidentally
uppercased on the caller side?
Yes, I just checked. But I already find where the problem lies: I'm using
SET FILECASE UPPER and ZIP functions did not follow FILECASE setting before.

Yes, this is a known TOFIX item (see in ChangeLog),
it will be sorted out shortly I hope.
