hbmk test4.prg -otest4.cgi gives test4.cgi.exe
The "problem" seems this line:
FOUTE="\${FOUTE%${hb_exesuf}}${hb_exesuf}"
but I can't find the right solution.
IMHO the logic should be: if the extension is provided use it ELSE add
${hb_exesuf}
This seems perfectly reasonable. .exe should be just a default
extension, not an obligatory one.
