I am using my own .cmd file based in hbmk_o2.cmd which has two or three
errors plus HB_COMPILER branching error
I fixed them and added OpenWatcom support based in hbmk.bat, which has
some missing values for OpenWatcom too
I want to send my "hbmk_os2.cmd" file at end of OW tests
If this file is removed, a A_OS2 section must be added to hbmk.bat to
handle OS/2 platform/compilers, as very old bld.bat does so it can be
easy to copy as .cmd file for end users
Perhaps a note in hbmk.bat for this change is useful
