Thank you for the help.
I got to compile the sources in Linux (Centos-5.2) and also in
WinXP-(Msys+MingW).
I don't get to generate executable in Linux or Win32., that gives same error
below.
Does it can me to help with more this?

Instead you should use 'set HB_COMPILER=mingw' or even
better just drop this setting completely and let it be
autodetected by make_gnu.sh.

The real question is why hbmainstd is not created.
Please check your log for warnings or errors before
this point, around hbmainstd creation.
BTW, it works here without any such problems also
with 3.4.5.
