+ Added hb_fsCreateTempEx(). Similar to hb_fsCreateTemp(),
but allows to control the extension. Note, that the
ordering of parameters ha slightly changed compared to
hb_fsCreateTemp().
+ Added hb_fileCreateTempEx(). See above.
+ Added Harbour level HB_FTEMPCREATEEX(). See above.
