* harbour/source/rdd/hsx/hsx.c
* keep HSX indexes in global table synced by mutex instead of
using thread storage data (TSD) on HVM stack. It allows to
move HSX indexes between threads, f.e. when workarea is moved
by HB_DEATCH()/HB_REQUEST()
