+ Added filters.
; TOFIX: hbapollo test doesn't link with MSVC.

- Removed batch versions of make files.
Go to the directory the source are located and
use the .hbm files where there is one, or just pass
the .prg name to hbmk.exe.
* utils/hbmk/hbmk.prg
! Fixed handling lib/source files with double extensions.
! Fixed to not add empty items to lists in some occasions.
+ Added -q to suppress informational output + header.
