* utils/hbmk/hbmk2.prg
+ HB_COMPILER now automatically set to gcc for Linux.
You can override it if you need gpp or owatcom.
+ xcc, icc autodetection for win.
+ Added support for HB_MT=mt|MT for compatibility.
+ Added support for -mwindows/-mconsole for compatibility.
+ 0/1 is accepted instead of yes/no for compatibility.
