* bin/postinst.sh
! Fix to prev HB_USR_LIBTOOL should be HB_USER_LIBTOOL to be
consistent.
* bin/hb-func.sh
* HB_USR_LIBS -> HB_USER_LIBS to be in sync with rest of Harbour.
