* bin/hb-mkdll.bat
+ Added Borland C/C++ .dll building.
It has the same requirements as MSVC.
NOTE: Due to tlib bug, it won't work if the HB_LIB_INSTALL
path contains '.' chars. I can add a workaround,
but at the cost of speed.
