* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Added support for resources on Windows platform.
mingw, owatcom, msvc, bcc32 are supported. mingw and
owatcom support single resources only.
* config/rules.cf
+ Added owatcom .err files to the clean list. Maybe there
is more appropriate place to put this. Please correct it.
