Impossibile eseguire il programma specificato.
seems that you doesn't have bcc in the path so tlib isn't executed.
Here I have just successfully completed the gnu build with mingw32-make.
BTW: Viktor, in INSTALL file at hello.prg sample you have missed -n
switch ;-)
