I did use JammerInstall first time as it gave me more 
packaging options. Usually I use inno. May be I missed 
something.

But for keeping things simple, I hardcoded the c:\harbour_dev 
as the default path. May be it has something to do with this problem.
I will investigate further. More suggesstions, other installer, etc 
is welcome.
