You are right from 14th of January, 2009 add qt  lgpl
So the explicit goal of the LGPL is to allow “non-free” (e.g., proprietary)
applications to
use a piece of software without being forced to release the source code of
the proprietary
portions of the application to others. This is the fundamental difference
between the two
open source licenses.
