Yes, they are in misc format, maybe they are good as they are,
and we should initially focus on assembling a language manual
and leaving these misc docs as is. Only a few of them is interesting
for end users.

I agree, but to make it fully multilanguage, we should move
\doc + \doc\en to \doc\en-EN and allow any other language.
If Spanish will be actively updated inside our repo, we can
add it, but first we should focus on English.

In current repo we have howtosvn.txt and it's more or less updated.

I've recently moved hbdoc and some other doc related elements
under contrib/examples, pls check the latest repository, we may
move around anything if you think so.
