Is there any reason why mpkg_rpm.sh  defaults to:-
/usr/bin
/usr/lib/harbour
/usr/include/harbour

but # make_gnu.sh install defaults to:-
/usr/local/bin
/usr/local/lib/harbour
/usr/local/include/harbour

I have no paths or env set for harbour.
It would be good if they both did the same.
