Having Harbour Binary for all compiler allow easy switch to any c compiler
Include Only Mingw is right choice for define a clear Direction
Also having One unique file to  Download for windows Platform is quantum leap
like easy compile for WIN64 or WINCE

When is planed 1.1?
What about a GUI version od hbmk based on qt?
