msys is only needed to build Harbour from source.
No need for it to *use* Harbour. [ well, except if you
want to use hbmk scripts, but I didn't include these
in this package for simplicity. ]

To put it short: yes, it's correct.

I don't know, but I've posted the link in one of my messages, in
reply to Przemek AFAIR. Either this or there is another similar
package with different CCPREFIX. You can compare with the
one in my package.

Not needed here, but for building Harbour this looks okay.

I don't plan to develop something like this. Unstandard and for me
at least as irritating than classic Windows installers. Can save
bandwidth, maybe that's the point of it. But 100-150MB install
isn't such big these days, bandwidth isn't a problem if we use
sf.net to host the file.
