Am I wrong thinking that it's only implimented on Linux?
May be worth looking at the functions in
SVN/harbour/contrib/hbtpathy/telepath.prg
tp_ctrlcts( nPort, nNewCtrl )
tp_ctrlrts( nPort, nNewCtrl )
tp_iscts( nPort ) etc...
I think you will need to experiment as there is little documentation for
this.
You could send text in small packets and wait for tp_iscts( nPort ) == .T.
between each.
