BTW one another angle could be:
FULL - All Compilers ( meant to be INCLUDED )
- Harbour Libs ( All Compilers )
PARTIAL - Harbour Libs ( All Compilers )
That way users can download FULL once and continue
with partial until we embed any more compiler in distro.
