* harbour/bin/hb-func.sh
* reduce the scope of default options in hbmk.cfg to given platform
and compiler {arch&comp}. Viktor please verify it.
Thank you. Two observations: comp= doesn't accept filter value,
so I think we should leave it as it was (it's overridden
anyway by cmdline -comp= switch in case of cross-compiling).
The other is that it might be better to filter for platform
only for a few settings, as they seem to be platform rather
than platform+compiler specific. gtdef=, libdynhas= and libs=
are these options. But maybe there are some factors I'm
missing here.
