* utils/hbmk2/hbmk2.prg
+ Added -cpp/-nocpp options to help screen.
* Removed C++ mode from TODO. I honestly forgot what was
missing from this feature (besides lack of support for
pocc compiler, since I couldn't find such option there),
please report it if you find something.
