Probbaly your port will be more optimized. For reasons
of its license I never offered this lib to be a part of SVN.
Yeah, seems we need to upload it somewhere else or
open a separate SVN project for it. My interest isn't
so strong to do this, but maybe someone will do it.
Or, we may also contact the author for permission
or ask for re-licensing it. Also beyond my capacity,
but someone interested could try doing it.
It would be interesting to see your port, maybe we
could merge changes missing from mine.
