Not yet. Just switched to beta1 status and commits are
still allowed. We will step into a stricter period with rc1.
For rc1 we will need green flags for all platforms we support.
I hope all such problems will surface in beta1, and everyone
is much encouraged to create builds from current revision.
We shall upload successful ones to sf.net.

As I see, most commits were safe to be included in the last
month. I'll try stopping myself from adding any new features
to hbmk2 and only commit fixes in the next time period to
avoid any regressions.

Contrib development in HBQT / HBXBP can go on in parallel
IMO.
